3. Payment Terms

For direct bookings, payment terms will be communicated during the reservation process.

We do not store or process credit card details on this website. Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers or external booking platforms.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 15:00
  • Check-out: Until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Maximum Occupancy

Oscar Apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted without prior approval.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Respect the property and furnishings
  • Avoid excessive noise
  • Comply with local laws and regulations
  • Supervise children at all times

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if necessary.

7. Damages & Liability

Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning required due to negligence may result in additional charges.

Oscar Apartment is not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Injuries resulting from improper use of the property
  • Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., electricity or water outages)

8. Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the booking method:

  • For direct bookings, cancellation conditions are communicated during the booking confirmation.
  • For bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com, the respective platform’s policies apply.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or other emergency situations.
